Georgian Keyboard Fix from MR#200

Abdullah AL Shohag requested to merge HackerShohag/lomiri-keyboard:ka into main

This fixes the the Georgian Keyboard build. The database has no data in it and provides no text book. But the keyboard breaks without any database. Might need any suggestion on that.
