Add 5g support and cleanup unused files
Add 5g support and drop unused files that seems to be left from import from LP but are not used anymore, so drop them.

The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
