Fix DBus activation for confined apps

Exactly the same as with history-service, this change allows for apps from the store to activate the respective daemons.

Inspired by: history-service!18

With the previous revert of e1381ef8 this fixes DBus activation for good.

Also fix a missing canonical => lomiri rename in the process, as well as adding a systemd user service for the uploader daemon.
