Re-enable tests again

As part of HWC2 support, tests have been disabled to (apparently) make the development faster. Since then, no one has gotten around to fix the broken tests, and since they're all disabled, more test breakage are introduced in the mean time.

This MR intends to re-enable whatever is not broken so that, going forward, more breakage isn't introduced in the future. I hope that this is a small step in the right direction to fix all tests in the future.
