mount-android-partitions: handle /userdata/cache created by recovery

Ratchanan Srirattanamet requested to merge personal/peat-psuwit/focal_-_fix-cache-path into ubports/focal

It's discovered that when in recovery, /data/cache could be cretated by something that is not the fake-cache script. Make mount-android- partitions handle this case too.
