configs: remove SensorFW config for hybris

Ratchanan Srirattanamet requested to merge personal/peat-psuwit/no-hybris-sensorfw-config into main

2 reasons: 1.) deviceinfo doesn't seem to be able to distinguish between Halium 7 and Halium 8+, and 2.) we now have hard-coded config for hybris and hidl plugin which is installed when each respective plugin is installed.
