click_package/tests/integration/test_chroot.py: Drop tests. Creating click packages is handled via clickable these days.

As a side note, the distro versions used in these tests are old and rotten and end-of-life. So, no point in keeping them. And as clickable is the thing to create build environments (chroots) for click package builds, the chroot creation in click itself is prone to be removed any time soon, as well (or at least, it should be).
