Initial bringup of adbd-approver

I forks the ADBD client part ayatana-indicator-display and then modify it so that it works standalone. This is done since it has no business living in a-i-display, really. I'll also submit a PR to a-i-display to remove this part from it, so that the Ayatana Project doesn't have to handle this relatively self-contained, Ubuntu Touch-specific part anymore.

The main branch is pushed with the code from relevant code from a-i-display, and then this MR is based on that commit containing modifications to make this work standalone.
