Delete chat msg/delete chat history ask if for all user

Lorenzo Torracchi requested to merge sap_nocops/teleports:delete_chat_msg_ask_if_all_user into ubports/xenial

in the confirmation popup a checkbox is added to delete message/history for all users.

Note that when leaving a chat nothing is ask and the history is deleted just for you.
I could ask on leaving chat too if required
