Accept incoming contacts from content-hub properly

Contact attachments were disabled since we did not have a proper vCard parser for quite some time. For some reason though we missed the point that a vCard parser was added for importing users into the addressbook. This one can be reused so that contact attachments inside conversations work now, as well as sharing contacts into TELEports from another App.

Note: The whole contacts handling should be refactored a bit.
