Fix stuck user status updates & add user online indicator in chatlist

There was a conversion error still present when tdlib changed user IDs to 64bit. At the same time I´ve added a simple status indicator for online status in the chat list. This works similar to desktop client. Design can be improved a bit still. Fixes #266 (closed)
