Apply scrolling acceleration workaround to make scrolling more natural when HiDPI is used.

This MR will apply theopenstore/openstore-app@96c82fb1 for ChatList and MessageList. Same fix is in podbird and couple other apps. I do not know root cause of issue, but scrolling is not as fast as it should be without this.
