Join chats via invite link [2/2]: frontend

Michele requested to merge tg-url-invite-frontend into master

Open chats when oprning an invite link and the users already joined that chat or Opens a Dialog asking the user to join, showing also some users that are part of that group.

Accepts links in the form tg://join?invite=XXXXXXXXXX or https://t.me/joinchat/XXXXXXXXXX.

Works with both app open and close at the time of the url call.
