Improve text formatting

With some combination of chars (like ``) some text was erased.

P.S.: I didn't find any documentation telling which chars should be handled and which others not. Telegram clients are also inconsistent on this (tested on tdesktop and telegram on android), so we can't know which is the right way to format text...
