Pin clickable version

Jonatan Hatakeyama Zeidler requested to merge jonnius/teleports:pin-clickable-version into master

Pin Cickable Version in the CI, so we are can control our updates on Clickable versions. This means a little maintenance overhead and make sure you set clickable_minimum_required in the clickable.json when making use of new Clickable features. But this should help making our CI more stable.
