show thumbnail in document (file) messages when available

I think colors need to be tweaked a bit @cibersheep . I put the white circle and not black because of the dark blue spinner, but I think black fits better there...

the semi-transparent circle is visible only when there is a thumbnail available and download icon and spinner are scaled a bit in that case to fit inside the circle
