Cache the whole tdlib build dir

Jonatan Hatakeyama Zeidler requested to merge jonnius/teleports:fix-ci-caching into master

With !224 (merged) the CI time was increased because we don't cache the whole tdlib build dir anymore. This MR fixes that.
