Putting back missing scroll bar in chat list

Flo Lee requested to merge show-scrollbar-in-chatlist into master

For some reason there is no scrollbar in the chatlist. With over 150 chats I really would appreciate having it ;) - this will resemble the same scrollbar look and behaviours as in the message list.
