Clean up clickable.json

Jonatan Hatakeyama Zeidler requested to merge jonnius/teleports:target into master

This introduces:

  • Replace the target injection hack by using the new make_args param instead (allows to change make_jobs via env var)
  • Make tdlib-prepare use the cmake template instead of a hacky custom build command
  • Add the clickable_minimum_required param, so devs would get a proper error message when using an uncompatible clickable version
