Followup on redesign

Additional fixes:

• alignment on daily forecast
• alignment on locations page (when temp has one/two/three digits)
• day main info working on fahrenheit with values of three digits
• reduce temperature size on location page
• high and low temps now equal size but with sun/moon icon
• make color theme "none" default
• some code cleanup
