Follow-up changes for focal

Unfortunately, the app has to be renamed again, the conclusion of the devsync meeting two weeks ago was that apps should follow the naming schema "lomiri-<name>-app" internally and "<name>.ubports" for Click packages. This also updates some URLs and modernizes i18n by migrating from intltool to pure gettext.
