Optimize click package size

Guido Berhörster requested to merge personal/gberh/optimize-size into main

Strip all LibreOfficeKit shared libraries. Do this here so no costly rebuild is required in case they will be needed for debugging. Only include neccessary directories from LibreOfficeKit.

This reduces the click package size by 20MB and the installed size by 83MB.
