Stop preferring screen aspect ratio on devices with stretched displays

Pictures taken in e.g. 13:6 aspect ratio look strange when viewed on something else than the device itself, such as a computer.

Camera sensors normally don't support these stranger resolutions either that well, and as a result on e.g. the Volla Phone an overall lower quality 13:6 9.8MP option is chosen as the default while a more reasonable 16:9 11.9MP one is available.

Currently non-16:9 aspect ratios additionally cause issues for some devices that don't use the same aspect ratio when switching between video/picture modes causing the viewport to freeze.
