Current state of my work on AXDT
This encompasses changes formerly found on axdt-pipeline, analytical-h and synth, among others:
Add python pipeline to reconstruct and visualize AXDT problems
Refactor AXDT classes and add support for analytical weights
Attempt to commit the inverse crime to generate test data
I decided to merge all of this into a single branch in order as to have one coherent state of work instead of juggling multiple incompatible branches.
