In this Merge Request the manuscript for submission to JOSS is prepared.

The paper is written in Markdown in paper/paper.md. The BibTeX bibliography is at paper/paper.bib. See here for the guidlines: https://joss.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submitting.html

To build the PDF, (install Docker and) run make paper in the repository root. It should open the PDF. If not, open paper/paper.pdf manually.
