Draft: Clarify units and terminology in spectra functions

This Merge Request addresses the long-standing laxness in terminology and units in the spectra functions:

• renamed power_spectrum to variance_spectrum
• add double and density arguments to have it behave acc. to Stull
• intelligently adjust plots in Parseval Theorem notebook accodring to used options
