Fix FunctionCollection docstrings

• The way the warnings were ignored during find_object() raised an exception which was caught and ignored, which is why the problem didn't show up earlier.
• ignore_warnings and out_warnings were moved from parmesan.utils.function to parmesan.utils next to find_object as they're needed there.
