Add test for <linux/hidraw.h> to configure.ac
Extend C-Media product ID range test to include CM119B used by DINAH https://hamprojects.info/dinah/

The USB ID database at https://usb-ids.gowdy.us/read/UD/0d8c has a device 0012 listed as being used in a Plantronics headset but according to the DINAH schematic it's a CM119B.

With the above patches it works just fine.
