MSDKANDRD-1864 Stage Gateway Url and parameter changes for BB6 environment

Changes:

  • Updated code to access stage(BB6) environment in StageEU product flavor locally and in pipeline.
  • Added new pipeline/code parameters TEST_EU_STAGE_GATEWAY_URL, TEST_EU_STAGE_GATEWAY_AUTH_TOKEN, TEST_EU_STAGE_TERM_URL
  • Modified configurations in pipeline to access BB6 env.https://securetrading.atlassian.net/browse/MSDKANDRD-1865
