MSDKANDRD-1486 - Cardinal version upgrade
requested to merge MSDKANDRD-1486_cardinal_sdk_violation_pipeline into QA_Release_feature_cardinal_sdk_violation
Changes
- Upgrade the cardinal version to 2.2.7-2
- Add changes to PaymentTransactionManager and CCThreeDSecureManager to send location consent.
- Request location permission in 3DS supported screens (BypassCardForm, PayByCardForm3DS, RiskDecForm, TokenizedPayment)
- Remove CCAEditText and CCATextView because cardinal removed those in their latest update.
- Add "noinspection" to some dependencies to prevent version update issues in the pipeline
