Re-add `:tests:keywords` project
requested to merge SalvatoreT/uniffi-kotlin-multiplatform-bindings:salvatoret/re-add-keywords into main
I couldn't get two methods to work, but everything else compiles fine. I feel like either the project should be deleted or fixed, so here's an attempt at the latter.
