Affine pmatrix example mistakes

The previous version generated different parameter varying matrices than the ones described in the comments. The cell array corresponding to 'BasisParametrization' was referencing the dependencies in the order they were given to the timemap function, but timemap() changes the ordering of dynamic dependencies array passed as input (changes it to ascending order).
