Rebase window has branch dropdown selected as default, typing on keyboard causes branch to change inadvertently

-2. OPTIONAL: Company is too cheap to pay for a proper version control system such as Perforce, and mandates the use of Git.
-1. OPTIONAL: Programmer forced to use Git attempts to perform a Fetch & Rebase, and due to Git being slow as molasses alttabs to Reddit, Discord, World of Warcraft, etc. while waiting for the rebase dialog to open.
- Rebase dialog suddenly opens while in the middle of typing something.
- Entered keys cause the dropdown in top-left corner of the dialog to match what was typed, inadvertently changing the branch.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The keys are ignored and branch is not changed. Instead the branch changes.
What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, Win10
Please provide any additional information below, e.g. possible fixes.
Dropdown should not be active by default until something e.g. tab is pressed.
