No TortoiseGit Icon Overlays / Symbols in Drive Root Dir

TortoiseGit Icon Overlays / Symbols are not correctly shown in Windows 10 Explorer if WorkDir is Drive Root Dir.

Just take some empty USB-Stick (or make it empty by formating). Create a git repo in root dir, acknowledge the warning. Add some test.txt and commit it. Symbols are not shown for.
