Frequent TGitCache crashes using php ./composer update

I can consistently crash tgitcache (win7 x64) by executing a large ./composer update.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

See https://github.com/rtek/tgitcrash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

tgitcache crashes like this

  1. https://drdump.com/UploadedReport.aspx?DumpID=22137378
  2. https://drdump.com/UploadedReport.aspx?DumpID=22137527
  3. https://drdump.com/UploadedReport.aspx?DumpID=22137542

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

v2.6.0 / win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

What is the best way to collect data on this situation?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
