Sync dialog forgets the remote branch every time

By halil.oz... on April 16, 2012 07:22 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open up sync dialog
2.Select a remote branch, do something, close the dialog
3.Reopen sync dialog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Previously selected remote branch should be selected already. Instead I had to select it again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.8.0 (git version 1.7.4.msysgit.0) on Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Implementing this would make the sync dialog much more useful IMHO. Thanks!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
