CI pipeline failure installing packages with poetry

CI pipeline is failing on install packages step. Something in the poetry step, it gets through like five packages, then fails with stack traces. See attached raw build output (stripped colors)build-failure-smemsh.txt after submitting my merge requests !12 (closed) and !13 (closed)
