Feature Request: md5 checksum video files

I'm probably the only one, but it would be very handy if there was an option to hash you media files.

My thought would be to make it optional of course, (Settings > General > Misc.) as it would slow down parsing the library considerably. So you could decide to have it hash all new and existing files, and it could be a per Movie/Show R-Click option if you wanted to hash on the fly.
