Some media files are not detected during the scan

What is the actual behavior?

There are multiple media files (.MKV) are not detected by TTM during the scan. I have created a new folder and moved the files there, but still they don't show up in TTM. Convert the MKV to MP4 and the result is still the same. Could it be the MPEG-1/2 codec as it's the only difference with the rest (H264 and H265)? Screenshot_2024-02-20_181308

What is the expected behavior?

Not sure why this happens for a few movies.

  • Also specify some movie/show name, what to look for in the log file.
  • If your problem has something to do with files/update, please also attach the database files (*.db in /data folder)
