.deletedByTMM folder still shows up

What is the actual behavior?

When I delete a TV show, that folder is moved into the hidden ".deletedByTMM" folder even though the option "Enable trash/backup folder (.deletedByTMM) is unticked, the "Delete trash/backup folder on exit" is unticked as well.

What is the expected behavior?

It should move the folder to the Recycle Bin or delete it permanently (if it's on a NAS network drive).
