Add ability to change the branding

Create colors.css to define primary and accent color.
Change graphics with hard-coded color to use "currentColor".
Change WebPack config to not append a hash to icon.svg, favicon-*.png and colors.css so they can be mounted into the container.
Add documentation for branding.
