Add RFC4685 replies link to Atom feed

Add "link" element with "replies" to the Atom feed items so that feed readers know where to read comments about the item.

Many readers support this (Miniflux e.g.).

I already added this support to Lemmy in https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/pull/3345
