Add Nord Dark + Light themes
Closes #565 (closed). Recreated as the other request had its commit email attached to my school email.
Nord Dark looks good to me however Nord Light could use a bit of work potentially. Probably best to get user feedback on this one or from someone who uses Nord more than I do.
topics.py was reformatted because it wasn't letting me commit without doing so :P
