Add commonly used "important" tags to the Topic submission page

Tags such as author.john_doe,source.the_website and paywall feel like some of the most commonly applied and important tags. So adding them somewhere to the submission page for people to reference, or perhaps instead even replacing the example ones already shown in the form field (music, soundtrack, full album)... which weirdly show up on the submission page for every group, despite those tags only being relevant for ~music.
