[FIX] switch to an empty user fails

Domeshow Emmanuel requested to merge Domeshow/tiki:dev_customize_switch_to_an_empty_user_message into master

When the connected user want to switch to another exists account but without entering the username, the error appears is not a very nice message for user. So I had to correct it.
