[FIX] some bad links to the online tiki doc

Domeshow Emmanuel requested to merge Domeshow/tiki:dev_fix_link_syntax_to_tiki_doc into master

There was bad link syntax like http://doc.tiki.org/wiki+syntax and the goal was to replace it by http://doc.tiki.org/Wiki-syntax .

  • instead of spaces is an older syntax, but we changed the default to - because it's nicer. wiki-abc is a special redirect to the abc page. And thus http://doc.tiki.org/wiki-syntax tries to show a page named "syntax
