[FIX] Upgrades: Set the default value for Unified Admin Backend UI to 'n' when upgrading
requested to merge fellowship-of-mine/tiki:patch-theme_unified_admin_backend_pref_default into master
We want to have the preference default to 'y' only on fresh new Tiki installs.
UNTESTED! Please test upgrading a Tiki instance with this DB schema before merging! Thanks!
