[FIX] Improvements in jquery gantt and diagrams in the same page

• Remove gantt svgdom that causes issues with diagrams
• jQuery supports SVG DOM attributes since 2.2.0
• The svgdom conflicts with tiki diagrams.
• Fix gantt height resize render
