Feature/shamir shared secret

Add Encryption capabilities to Tiki tracker fields. Extend admin Security section with new Encryption tab allowing to generate encryption keys with shared access - give access to the keys to one or more Tiki users or outside users via Shamir's Shared Secret algorithm. Use the encryption key to encrypt and decrypt all data stored in a tracker field.
