[FIX][UX] Copy to clipboard button tooltip always showed 'Copied to clipboard' after first copy action

Currently, when you click on button and return to it later to perform the copy action, the button's tooltip always says 'Copied to clipboard', whereas it should say 'Copy to clipboard'.
